needed. New students should arrive a few minutes before class
to sign in.
Bring a yoga mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Hatha Yoga is the classic practice of postures
for the entire body. Hatha class is perfect for new students or
those who wish to develop posture perfection, as well as the seasoned
yogi looking to deepen their practice through form.
Hot Yoga is done in a warm room (85 degrees)
in vinyasa form with slow movement to open the muscles and detoxify.
Best for those with
strength and prior yoga knowledge.
Tag Team Hot Yoga is done with 2 instructors...one who
will lead the class in the postures and the other who will adjust
and correct the body while in the poses to deepen the stretch
and open tightness to transend the physical. Two for the price
of one. A slow Vinyasa. You must try this class if you are looking
to evolve and grow as a y ogi.
Easy and Beginner
Yoga are best for those
who have no yoga experience at all or those who have injuries
and are looking to heal or learn proper form and expand their
yoga repertoire.
Kids Yoga is designed to teach kids the fundamentals
of yoga through play and imagination. Best for children aged 5-12
Yrs. old.
Flow/Power Yoga is a vinyasa class linking all movement
so it is a continuous flow, posture after posture. You should
know yoga before doing these classes.
Prenatal PostnatalYoga
Gentle, restorative
yet invigorating and strenghthening class done in a supportive
setting as preparation for pregnancy, labor and beyond.
Power Yoga, Hatha, Hot,
Easy& Beginners Yoga are 90 minutes long, Kids Yoga will be
45 minutes,
Do not eat a heavy meal
before attending any yoga class.
