Location
Inner Light Yoga
Center is located at 2 South Main Street in Sayville, second floor
(above Gallery On Main). The entrance is on Gillette Ave. (near
the mural on the wall of the building). Assembleywoman Ginny Field's
office is next door to our studio.
Directions
From the West-East
Take Sunrise Hwy
to exit 49 (Lakeland Ave) south. Follow south over railroad tracks.
The next large intersection is Montauk Hwy ( Main Street). Look
for the store Gallery On Main. The yoga studio is on the south
east corner of this intersection. There is parking behind the
center so cross over Montauk Hwy, and turn left into the parking
lot.
From the North
Take Nicolls Rd south
to Montauk Hwy (the end of Nicoll's Rd) and turn right ( west).
Follow Hwy for about 2 miles. Passing under the train tressel,
you are entering the Sayville Main Street area. The second light
after the train tressel is the intersection of Main Street and
Gillette Ave. You will see a store called Gallery On Main, turn
left at this intersection (Gillette Ave) and make a quick left
into the parking lot behind the Center.
